Here are photos of the 2400 sq. ft. office and shop. It has its own well and septic tank and a bathroom with a shower. The laundry facilities are available to residents of the guest house.

The first 1200 sq. ft. was built in 2001 as a shop, bath and laundry room. At that time we dug the well, which is about 275′ deep at the bottom of the driveway. We struck a very strong flow of water in this location.

A 1.5hp pump moves the water approximately 800 feet uphill to the pressure tank in the shop. The water is then filtered by a large sand filter located next to the pressure tank. It’s odorless and perfect to drink with no further filtering. This property is blessed with ample clean drinking water, even during the worst of summer droughts.
